Q:

I see that it is recommended for ages 16 and up but does that mean my 10 year old cannot come? We are at a loss on how to control weight as a family and don't know where else to turn. Also, am I correct that it is 3 hours whether it is for 2 or 4 people? At check out, for 4 people it just says a class with no time. Lastly, is this a group thing or is it private with whoever you are bringing with you? Thanks.

Heather J.  asked on  Feb 22, 2013

A:

I would not recommend that your ten year old come. 16 is the limit. The best way to do it is for you to come and model and teach what you have learned for your family. Kids are usually bored, they are the only kid in the class so that calls attention to them. We also talk about childhood issues. It is a 3 hour class for 1,2,3,4 people. $29 for 1 or 2, $50 for 3-4. This is a group class for more everyone who buys a voucher and wants to attend that class Best Sue

Q:

Are there daytime classes during the week in the Springfield office

Holly B.  asked on  Feb 21, 2013

A:

Hi Holly. You may want to direct this to Katie Evans at katie@livinglitenow.com. However, I think both of us are on the same page. We know that many people work either outside or inside the home during the day so we have more people attending evening and weekend classes. For now, there are no daytime classes during the week. If you had some other folks who wanted to do it (maybe 10), you could ask Katie if she could come to you to do a day class Best Sue
