When Liz is cooking, her mother is never far from her mind. That's because at Liz’s Grill, Liz uses only original recipes some of which were created by her mother, Emilia. Emilia’s culinary influences defined country borders, and her dishes include her own takes on Mexican-influenced beef enchiladas and Greek-influenced gyros. But the menu also includes classic American standbys such as old-fashioned burgers, philly cheesesteak sandwiches, and two of the Grill’s most popular entrees: chicken fried steak and hand-breaded tilapia.
