This is one industry where people always leave happy. They may walk in the door frustrated, annoyed and look as if the weight of the world is slumped on their shoulders, but watching them leave happy, standing up straight and smiling...there's no better feeling. Healing people is a gift, not a job
What do you love most about your job?
Once a woman told me a story; she was a grade school teacher and her students would make fun of the hair on her chin and she would go home and cry. She teared up thanking me, telling me that laser hair removal changed her life. That was the first time I was seeing hair removal from that POV.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When I owned a Medical Spa, I had a client pull me aside and tell me, 'I love coming here! You can tell that everyone really likes each other and helps each other out. I hate when I go to spas and you can feel the animosity between the staff but I love coming here. It feels like home!'
