As its name suggests, Local Burger specializes in burgers that are, in fact, local. Cooks source 90% of their raw ingredients from within 360 miles of Seattle—from the beef to the buns to the iceberg lettuce that's chipped off one of the many blocks of lettuce ice floating in the Puget Sound. Each burger on the menu is a tour of the finest fare that local farmers have to offer, such as the beef-and-bacon patty and housemade barbecue sauce on the Hillbilly Burger, or the lentil-and-mushroom patty, fried beet strings, and pickled onions on the Palouse Lentil Burger. And because nothing pairs better with burgers than adult beverages, there's also a drink menu featuring 24 draft beers, as well as craft cocktails such as the Whiskey Smash with bourbon, lemon, and mint.
