About Lockport Athletic & Fitness Club
With a background as a personal trainer and strength-and-conditioning coach, owner Greg Jones shares his passion for training with clients of all ages. He and his team of certified professionals at Lockport Athletic lead over 35 classes each week, ranging from high-energy Zumba, which combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training, to spinning on Precor recumbent bikes for an intense cardio workout. Whatever the fitness level, the staff works with individuals to help them achieve personal fitness goals through these classes.
