Lomelo’s is a modern butcher shop with a simple process. We don’t do any cutting in house; instead all of our products are cut and portioned at USDA-approved facilities. Everything we buy is cut and portioned to our specifications, and if it’s not perfect we send it back.

Lomelo’s is owned by Jorge Lorenzo, Jason Spiewak, and Javier Melo. Javier and Jorge grew up together and became friends with Jason later in life. The three share a passion for preparing and eating the finest food. But they were never able to find a butcher or grocery service that consistently lived up to their standards. They decided to create a new twist on a time-tested concept to provide others with the quality they envisioned. A completely modern market with great customer service.
