Choose Between Two Options

  • $95 for three 60-minute massages or three 30- to 40-minute chiropractic exams and treatments (up to an $810 value)
  • $35 for one 60-minute massage or one 30- to 40-minute chiropractic exam and treatment (up to a $370 value)

During the initial visit, a chiropractor examines spines and backs for signs of wear and tear before consulting with patients about the best treatment options. Depending on the patient's needs, they will receive myofascial-release therapy or more intricate spinal manipulations and a functional stretch routine. Alternately, a massage therapist will perform a Swedish, deep-tissue, or pregnancy massage, and for an additional $15, coat hands in moisturizing paraffin wax or recently churned butter throughout. These soothing treatments are repeated at each of the following 30- to 40-minute visits to encourage long-lasting relief.

Londer Family Chiropractic Center

Doctor of Chiropractic Irene Dubinsky Londer, a specialist in myofascial-release therapy, believes her patients' needs are paramount. During a first visit, she performs a thorough exam while learning the patient's full history, including any names they've given their spine, before setting her hands to work. Her treatments include gentle spinal manipulations and the Nimmo Receptor Tonus technique, which builds structural integrity, symmetry, and balance. Between visits, she prescribes exercises to help aid in recovery and pain relief.
