Q:

The fine print says, must sign waiver. Must be 18 or older. Is that 18 or older to ride the bikes or to sign the waiver. Basically, we have a 12 year old who wants to join, can they do it?

selina m.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Absolutely, we love children. When you sign your own waiver just sign your child's waiver, no problem.

Q:

Are there seatbelt's. Can a 1.5 year old ride with me? Is it safe?

elaine k.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Everyone has a life vest and seat belts are not required. We do not have life vests for children under 30 lbs. so they can not ride unless the parents bring their own. Childers who can not pedal (25" to 26" leg length) can ride by sitting in a chair in the center of a tandem bike.

Q:

How difficult is it to pedal ? I'm having visitors come to town and they are in their early sixtes. They are in good shape, that is they walk a lot and very healthy. But they don't run, etc. do you think this would be an enjoyable outing or too exhausting? It looks like so much fun and so excited that this activity is offered. Thanks so much !

Q:

I am going to assume from the response above that if I buy a groupon for myself and one for my husband as a gift we can both go at the same time. But they say "never assume anything." We found that out with another groupon that we could not use them both at the same time if it was purchased by the same person. Thank you Francine R

Francine J.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Children can have their own hydrobike if that their legs are long enough to reach the pedals. That would be 25 to 26 inches long. She's hope that answers your question.
