Owned by Cynthia Conde, gym founder and lead trainer on VH1's Bridal Bootcamp, The Fitness Loft boasts boot-camp courses that help patrons to shed pounds the military way with intense, high-energy group workout sessions modeled after U.S. Marine Corps training. Workouts center around an indoor shark-pit-free obstacle course, where campers gain strength and agility as they scale a tire wall, tame climbing ropes, and recite the ABCs backward in Old English. Under the direction of Cynthia Conde, gym founder and lead trainer on VH1's Bridal Bootcamp, The Fitness Loft's expert instructors offer classes that tone muscle, build stamina, and burn fat. The sprawling Fitness Loft—teems with activity, from professional circus aerialist tumbling on free-flowing silks affixed to the towering ceiling during aerial-silk classes. Beneath the mélange of dangling gymnastic rings and resistance straps, students work with the expert instructors to figure out the right routines for their goals and fitness levels. They can work specific muscle groups on the cardio and strength-training machines, or swing Russian-style kettlebells. They can also participate in Interval training bootcamps, personal training, barre classes, small group classes.
