6- to 12-minute test provides precise measurements of body composition, total body fat and provides a breakdown of bone mass, fat tissue, and muscle. 

• Fast two hours beforehand
• Do not come in dehydrated
• You will be asked to remove shoes and any big jewelry

One RMR Metabolic Health Test

Ten to 15 minute breath test performed while seated measures the body’s levels of oxygen and CO2 via breath analysis. It will tell you how many calories you burn a day, whether you use more carbs or fats while at rest, and if your metabolism is slow, fast, or normal.

• You must FAST for a minimum of five hours (only drink water)
• Limit your activity beforehand (no exercise)
• Refrain from taking any caffeine or stimulants the day of your test and avoid alcohol within 12 hours of it
• Workout, casual, or even business clothes are all acceptable, as you will just be relaxing in a chair
• Ages 18+

One V02max Cardiovascular Fitness Test

Six to 15 minute running test where you will be put on a treadmill and asked to exercise at max effort. There are three different levels for the test so all fitness levels are welcome!

• You must fast a minimum of three hours before your test (only drink water)
• Limit your activity before your visit (no exercise!)
• Wear (or bring) workout clothes and athletic shoes
