exactly what type of excercises are involved. I currently do HIIT .. High Intensity Interval Training but do have some limitations.. herniated discs in back. Is it more of an obstacle course style workout.. group style workout etc. Do you have website I can view?

We perform a Variety of Movements and combine aspects of Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Track and Field, among others. Certain exercises may be new for some people and our Coaches will Always be Available in the Group Style Classes to make sure the movements are being Performed Safely and Efficiently.
