Q:

I just bought this Groupon and am having difficulty booking my first session. Who can I call to make a reservation for the Oakdale boot camp class?

Emily S.  asked on  Apr 22, 2013

A:

Emily S. Try booking your initial consultation first. Once you complete your consultation, you will then be able to schedule your first session onsite with the trainer. If you are still having difficulties, contact the location you want to use directly. LGN

Q:

Are these bootcamp sessions for all fitness levels or only those who are already in "good shape"?

Daniel I.  asked on  Apr 20, 2013

A:

Yes, this program is for all fitness levels. The trainers will work with you to modify or advance the workout according to your needs. The sessions are taught to 3 levels, so trainers show 3 options for most of the movements. It is also a very welcoming environment for all.

Q:

When do the Weaver Lake (Maple Grove) classes start, and if I buy the 4 session deal, do I just pick the dates I want and go? I saw in a question above that the classes need to be used in a specific amount of time, but I'm not seeing that in the instructions. How long would I have to use 4 sessions?

Michelle o.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Michelle O, I believe that Maple Grove is starting on May 6th, but I sent a message to the trainer at that location to verify. I will post here again when it has been confirmed. Yes, the sessions need to be used consecutively once activated. Once you redeem your first session, you will have 3 weeks to use them. These details are in the fine print. Thanks, LGN

Q:

Do you go once a week, or four times a week?

Jennifer W.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Jennifer, Each location has their own set schedule, but most offer sessions 3-4 times per week. The full 12 week program includes 3-4 times per week sessions, nutrition, life style coaching, and education. We encourage you to use your Groupon sessions over the course of a full week, in order to fully experience the impact of the program. LGN

Q:

I have a tendon in my hand that I had surgery on 3 years ago that makes it hard for me to work out with weights as I cannot grip and hold more than 3 pounds in that hand or do a standard pushup type move with my hand out flat. I have done some workouts in a modified way, but were not very effective because I am so weak in that hand/arm now. Do you think that is something that can be worked with somehow?

Martene O.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Martene, I would suggest that you contact the location you are interested in attending and speak with the trainer directly. After talking with you about your limitations, he or she will be able to make some recommendations for you. Good luck! LGN
