Absolutely horrible! Waste of time & my Kids hard earned money!!! Given to me as a gift for my bday I went not just 1 but 3 xs They kept saying I needed more units. I know I had deep lines but this place RIPPED me off. I then Went to a reputable DOCTOR who knew what she was doing & had injections done 1 TIME & funny how haven’t had to go back yet! Lines r gone-That was 7mon ago! DONOT WASTE UR $$!

I was treated wonderfully. The assistants were very thorough and provided me with the best price above and beyond the Groupon. They explained EVERYTHING in detail what they were doing and what the results would be. I guess the only issue I have is that it's not "immediate" but results will be apparent "in a week or two". They also schedule a follow-up in two weeks to make certain I am happy with the results and was told if not, they will attempt at that time, to what they can to make it so.

I bought 40 units of botox. At my appointment I was told I needed 6 more units which I knew I needed. I called back 2 weeks after because I still had 2 deep wrinkles above both eyes . After waiting a month I was told I need another 10 units. Well, the deep wrinkles haven't changed. I've had botox before so not my first rodeo. Called at the 2 week point. Never received any follow up
