About Los Perros

The Los Perros food truck dishes out recipes inspired by Colombian, Mexican, and other Latin American cuisines. Hot dogs, or "perros," arrive topped with fresh veggies, savory sauces, and a toothpick-speared hard-boiled egg. The Colombian burger crowns beef patties and bacon strips with smashed potato chips, raspberry and pineapple sauce, and scoops of fresh salsa.
