Amazing! Knows her stuff & sets you up to win. NO upselling you or any of that. My skin felt slightly irritated but to me that was normal because of the cold winter. NOPE I was using a high end product for sensitive skin. It was hurting my skin. B examined my skin sent me home to heal the texted me how to care for my skin then when my skin was right she had me come for my service. I am thankful
