I left this experience feeling genuinely misled. While the injector was professional and the administrative staff was pleasant, the overall treatment was not what I was led to believe. I initially purchased 60 units of Botox. During the appointment, I was encouraged to purchase an additional 26 units at $12 per unit, totaling approximately $328.10, as an upsell. After later visiting a professional cosmetic surgeon’s office and reviewing my treatment and unsatisfactory results, I learned that 86 units of Botox should have covered significantly more than what I received. Seeing what that amount typically provides made it clear that I was overcharged. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be returning.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET BOTOX AT LOVE MED SPA! I'VE BEEN GETTING BOTOX 12+ YRS WITH 30 UNITS IN MY FOREHEAD AND GLABELLA WITH FANTASTIC RESULTS. I RECEIVED 40 UNITS AT LOVE MED SPA FROM AN INJECTOR WHO OPENLY ADMITTED SHE JUST STARTED INJECTING AND HAD SWELLING, SORENESS AND HORRIFIC RESULTS. I STILL HAVE 80% MOVEMENT IN MY FOREHEAD 30 LATER AND LINES AND WRINKLES STILL VERY APPARENT.DISGUSTED
