Do you offer swedish massages or something similar? I was looking to come in with my mother in law for my birthday and reading reviews and such, it appears your practice is more of a health related practice to help patients than a standard 'pamper' massage? Also, if you do offer swedish massages, how is the room atmosphere? Do you dim the lights, play soft music, are the beds pretty big?

Neha, thanks for your inquiry. And good news for you! We are unique in the DFW metroplex in that yes, we are a wellness center with both clinical and spa treatments. All of our services are so beneficial to one's health, and we're so skilled at what we do, that we do not use words such as "pamper" nor "luxury" to describe the health enhancing, life giving services that we do. They are so much more than just pampering and instead, we use the word "nurturing" as everyone needs nurturance. With this said, our spa is beautiful, cozy, very clean & relaxing. We have soothing music, tranquil water fountains, aromatherapy, soft heated (when desired) massage tables, clean burning soy candles so that clients breathe clean air, dim lighting as any spa should have, and more. We use various pain-relieving massage tools, creams, gels, etc., scented hot towels, pure medicinal grade essential oils, and more. We are known for the excellence in our massages and we do a variety of types, including Swedish massage. Never think that a spa that focuses on health cannot also be beautiful and bring you a total stress meltdown type of experience! In fact, this is what we feel that a day spa should be.
