A:

We are a take out only restaurant. The meals are chef prepared here daily. They're packaged and designed for you to take home to heat & eat. We can also heat the meals here if you prefer.

Q:

How can you have another groupon running when you can't support the one I purchased previously? I called today to pre-order 24 hours in advance as stated in the terms and was told the deal I purchased has been sold out, I'd have to settle for gumbo or shrimp and grits. My groupon doesn't expire until the 20th, today is the 14th! Extremely dissatisfying lack of service and consideration.

Trisha, As a company we did not set the date for our new Groupon to run. The date was set by Groupon. I will be calling my representative at Groupon today to discuss this oversight. I hope that my staff made every attempt to accommodate your requests. Shrimp & Grits actually are not valid for the Groupon because of the cost, it's not a even swap when compared to the meals. So from that standpoint we're offering you more for your money. I hope that my explanation helps somewhat. We want all customers to be satisfied Groupon or not.
