I went to get a chip repair on my windshield that I had for several months. A week later it was raining real hard. While my windshield wipers worked overtime I watched dark drops of water run down my windshield as I drove it. I took a napkin, attempted to wipe it up, and sure enough it was on the inside of my window. Kept happening for a couple of day. Told the owner about it, and he just laughed at me, as if I was a stupid girl. Told me to let him look at it. Proceeded to tell me how long he has been in the business, which I already knew from him bragging about all of his locations from here to California, and told me that it is impossible. Not only is it possible, it happened and left a film on my screen that I cannot clean off and it makes it hard to see at night. This place is way out of my way so going there for him to laugh in my face or try to make another buck off of me is not appealing. NEVER AGAIN
