NOT SURE ABOUT 60 SECOND DENTAL EXAMS AND HAVE SIMILAR QUESTIONABLE FEELINGS ABOUT A 3 MINUTE OIL CHANGE. *** take great pride in the speed of their signature oil change, constantly chasing their own record of three minutes and twenty seconds. *** ME THINKS I WOULD RATHER THE OLD OIL HAVE TIME TO DRAIN AND OIL PAN DRAIN PLUG IS SECURE. WHAT MIGHT BEST TIME BE FOR THIS OFFERED SERVICE ? thank you - jim

Hi Jim Thanks for the question... I agree with the Dentist analogy. However, there is only one dentist but there are usually 2-4 lube techs that work on your vehicle in order to get it done in three minutes... 3 minutes is a record... not the norm... usually we take about 5-7 minutes. The oil does fully drain... :) However, that being as it is... this groupon is for a winterization package. It requires an appointment which usually takes about 30 minutes. The additional inspections, rotating tires etc take longer than our standard oil change only offering of 10 minutes or its free. In fact Jim, we are happy to slow the entire process down anytime you like. If you would rather make an appointment we will be happy to put your car up on the hoist any time and drain the oil that way. No problem. Hope to see you at the shop. Dean

Q:

Does this offer include Casrtol/Q-State synthetic (5W30) motor oil? Thank you, CHuck.

A:

Hi Chuck Thanks for the inquiry. This package does not include synthetic oil. You can still buy the certificate and then upgrade to a full synthetic oil but there is an extra cost for the synthetic. Thanks Dean
