Victoria was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. All the staff that I encountered were so nice and accommodating, making sure I had what I needed. Wasn't able to get my hair as blonde (highlighted) as I anticipated, but she made it make sense by telling me that it takes time and can potentially be a long process, but that she would get me where I want to be in due time. I would recommend her and this salon to anyone! Even though I was using a Groupon, I wasn't treated differently than any other customers. 5 stars, all the way :)
