Q:

I bought the two tickets by mistake when I wanted 1 for me & 1 for my guest as a gift. You replied that I should "send in the right UPC bar codes to the online redemption form on the Box Office . . ." Does that mean I'm supposed to redeem 1 and try to buy another as a gift? You're sold out now. I'm confused. Guess I am in Big Trouble. :-)

Florence E.  asked on  Oct 26, 2012

A:

Thanks Florence- sounds like a couple different issues going on at the same time. First, yes- a person can redeem their own groupon and a gift groupon too- no problem. Second, if you didn't purchase a second "gift" groupon, then yes, you'll probably need to buy a second VIP seat a full price from the Lumber Baron- call 303-477-8205 to do so. Third, BIG trouble? No, maybe just a tiny wee little trouble is all.

Q:

I purchased the groupon yesterday for the Murder Mystery Dinner and never received a confirmation, however the money was taken out of my account. What do I do now? What is groupons phone number?

Connie P.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

Hello Connie- I don't have groupon's phone number handy, but I'll bet google has it for sure. They have a great customer service program and will absolutely make things right. (That's why I like working with them). My guess is there's a bit of a time lag between buying the voucher and getting the voucher via email, and I promise it will be faster than snail mail!

Q:

Darn! Missed it! Will you be offering this again in 2012?

Mary B.  asked on  Oct 25, 2012

A:

Hi Mary- Certainly not in 2012 again- these deals are great exposure but expensive to execute for a small business; but might I suggest stopping in at the general seating level of just $39.99 for dinner and show sometime soon. Supporting local dinner theater not only aids the community, but also one's physical constitution!

Q:

Can you accommodate a few Glutards for your dinner service?

Chad H.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hi Chad-Glutards are welcome (in fact I'm one too!) just be sure to mention that dietary issue (or any other) in the box when you book online at lumberbaron.com - on the box office page.

Q:

I noticed the rules state this can not be used for a group. So if we have 6-10 people purchase this deal does that mean we can't sit together? Also the schedule did not come up. What dates is this available? We want to celebrate a b-day Nov. 30th or Dec. 1. Thank you

Ivette f.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hi Ivette- Yes, this groupon is designed for a couple or two to enjoy the fun; With only 30 VIP seats for any given show, it's difficult to guarantee that all 11 of you might be able to sit together. However the more flexibility in your schedule, the more likely we can accommodate you. For instance, last night's show had plenty of room. The schedule of upcoming shows is at www.lumberbaron.com at the box office page- that's also where the online redemption form is located. Dates are added all the time- keep checking!

Q:

Here's a somewhat goofy, convoluted question for you--- I already have reservations (purchased with Groupon) for a room on Nov 11th for my anniversary, but would really like to surprise my husband with the show. Since it looks like shows are only done on Friday and Saturdays, is it possible to move my reservation for the Valentine Suite to the 10th, purchase the show ticket via Groupon, and still get the two for one deal for guests? Thanks

Christine C.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Thanks Christine... Not goofy at all, but not possible. Moving dates certainly is ($20 change fee outside a week) but the room Groupon you purchased a few weeks back is for Sunday-Thursday only, so moving to Saturday is not possible. But now that I know you'd like a show Sunday, we might try to get one scheduled then...

Q:

I would like to buy 2 seats for the Jan 18th show, which is the only night I will be in Denver. I do not see a way to reserve for a specific date at this time. Can you help?

Walter W.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hello Walter- if you're in town for only one day in the next few months, I'm not sure this is the best deal for you. After all, the one big catch to this deal is that not all dates are immediately available... We're still booking large corporate groups for dates through December and January. Frequently seats become available once groups are booked, then we make them available for voucher redemptions. So stay tuned Walt, I'm feeling good that Friday January 18 will become available. And the tickets are fully transferable to someone else if it doesn't work out.

Q:

After reading your questions & answers I decided to buy 1 for me & 1 as a gift for my date. I messed up and just bought 2, when the limit it 1. Am I in trouble now? Can we make this work?

Florence E.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hi Florence... BIG trouble!! BIG BIG trouble- (just kidding). This is no problem for us- just send in the right UPC bar codes to the online redemption form on the Box Office page at www.lumberbaron.com and we'll get you in!
