According to your review, you first mentioned that the lash was burnt and looked like stubs. As we recall during your visit, we checked on you within the procedure to keep providing the caring service you when you indicated it was your first experience with lash lift/tint. We constantly checked in with you during the appointment and after the appointment to ensure you were comfortable and satisfied with the procedure. And you left without mentioning any dissatisfaction with the result. Secondly in response to your comments of “cutting your lashes” and “the perm made them extra curl up.” To better understand a “lash lift” treatment, it will bring our client extra curl-up lashes as their original ones to create a natural but relatively dramatic look. We also want to clarify that for a lash lift, there is no necessity to practice shaping the lashes. The process only involves curling and lifting the natural lashes. Normally, the appearance of your lashes post-treatment might have been giving the impression of them being shorter than expected due to the enhanced curl from the perm.
