The massage tech was very kind and professional. She did a light pressure massage and did not chat throughout (which I am quite happy about). The office room is very clean and comfortable. Would recommend Lumina for sure!

“Texted” day of appointment to let me know they were moving my appointment time. A phone call would have been appreciated. On top of this, the masseuse was late to appointment. Do not recommend.
