The environment was friendly and professional and I was offered a drink of bubbly water when I arrived. Dawn was really nice and gave me some good insight into my skin. The facial itself was pleasant and I did notice a difference in my skin afterwards. The facial did feel short, but I’ve only had one facial before, so I quite possibly am incorrect. My only issue with the appointment was the amount of up-selling. The facial itself was only 30-40 mins and there was probably 40 mins of taking about additional services and packages for more facials. I’m not sure if this was because I used a groupon or if this is standard. I do believe that the treatment package would probably have improved my skin, however if you’re looking for a one time treat I wouldn’t recommend it. Also I have a Science degree and there was a lot of pseudoscience talk. But overall I was happy with the service, got some good advice, and spent a good chunk of money.
