About Luna's Rotisserie
In 1988, the Luna family made their way from Puebla, Mexico to Los Angeles, to chase the American dream. In 1996, they relocated again, this time to Louisville. Fortunately for Kentucky, they've brought their family recipes with them. Slow-roasted chicken is a specialty of the family's, and their secret recipe originates from the coast of Veracruz. Diners can let the tender, juicy chicken speak for itself, or try it drenched in mole or loaded onto a taco. Fried chicken quesadillas, burritos, and steak tacos and stews such as pozole, menudo, and shrimp stew are available.
