EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! From setting up the appointment, answering my questions, walking me through the process and any add-ons/boosters, to check-in, the receptionist Lisa was outstanding! She was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. She was even able to finesse their tight schedule to fit me in the very next day! Brava! The spa is clean, tidy and modern. They have water, coffee/tea and a little snack "bar" in the waiting room up front. The bathroom is large, clean and very well kept which is also the same with the rooms; clean, bright and modern. I am very nervous with needles and blood. Nurse S was SPECTACULAR. She was very warm, kind, patient and informative. I felt safe and cared for every step of the way. Everything went on without a hitch. I was so impressed with the experience that I am buying a 7-treatment package (at a discounted price due to the bundle). I can't wait to return for my next treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
