- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. We request that you give 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in enforcement of our Cancellation Policy. Touchup appointments are not included in the price of the initial procedure. We kindly request that all clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to get settled in. We do not perform any type of permanent make-up during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Children, Pets, And Guests We love children and pets, but the law states that anyone who comes into our studio must be 18 years and over. So, please leave them at home. No Pets are allowed in the facility due to sanitation guidelines set forth by Bakersfield Department of Health. Late & No Show Everyone time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment. Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited. Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time. If you are a no show, we will no longer accept you s a client.
