Inspired by a passion for dance that began with classical ballet lessons at the age of two, Meredith Williams took up Pilates in 2001. The graceful, core-focused discipline reminded her of the best parts of dance, and her growing enthusiasm led her to pursue her Stott Pilates certification within just a few years.
