What You'll Get
Practicing yoga increases breath awareness, which is why yogis compose all barbershop quartets. Get in harmony with yourself with today’s Groupon: for $30, you get 30 days of unlimited yoga at MBody Yoga’s Jacksonville and Neptune Beach locations (a $90 value).
Inspired by his childhood in Saudi Arabia, MBody Yoga's founder, Mark White, helms a dedicated staff of yogis that teaches students of all levels to fuse mind and body for happier, healthier lifestyles. Students tap into inner power with the teachings of the Baptiste power Vinyasa yoga method during heated 60–90 minute sessions designed to build focus, stamina, and outer monuments to inner peace. Stressed-out bodies purge toxins in conveniently perspirable sweat-droplet form while learning foundational postures, physical limitations, and proper alignments. The studio’s flexible schedule accommodates busy students with early-morning and evening sessions seven days a week, and saves forgetful pupils from child-pose-induced skinned knees with mat rentals ($4).

About MBody Yoga
In the 1940s, Walt Baptiste and his son Baron created a new branch of yoga—called Baptiste yoga—that combines the principles of yoga, meditation, and inner reflection. The Baptiste-yoga movement grew rapidly, and in 2005, senior Baptiste teacher Mark White introduced his community to the practice with two studios. He and a staff of more than 20 certified yoga instructors guide students from pose to pose while observing proper alignment and breathing technique. Studios are heated to 90 degrees to keep bodies limber and destroy any ice cream that enters the building.
