Quitting smoking or vaping can be just as easy, if not easier, than starting the nasty habit in the first place. With that in mind, I do offer a few options:
The first is just one hour and a half-long session. If you are truly ready to get this habit out of your life for good and have been making good progress but you're just not there yet, this is the option for you.
The second option is two of those 90-minute sessions. If you've been finding that it's a little harder to quit for whatever reason, whether you may know what that is or not, I highly recommend this one. It's always a little better to solidify the work rather than a one-and-done session anyway!
