As a new mom, Mayra R. Valle began experiencing chronic back pain. While searching for natural pain relief methods, she was introduced to the practice of Pilates, which not only reduced this pain, it also allowed her to build strength and stamina for other activities, such as swimming, hiking, and boxing. After transforming her lifestyle, she went through 650 hours of training at Equinox Pilates in order to run her own practice. At M Pilates Method, her staff focuses on client self-improvement, skill, and technique training to practice Pilates both in class and at home.
