On time. Pleasant. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and why he was doing it. Showed me how to operate the garage release cord and put it back into place (no one ever showed me how to operated that) and even offered to install a light bulb at the garage opener motor. Most importantly, took the time to sync/program the garage opener with my car. That alone was worth the money spent. Will definitely use M2V Garage Door again!
