What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We heard so many stories of customers dissatisfied and we had the knowledge behind us, so we opened a store [in] downtown Phoenix. The more customers that came in and were happy, we got excited and decided to open another location in Scottsdale.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with our employees! They are what makes us successful!
