Machu Picchu Restaurant is inspired by the cuisine of Peru, from its traditional rotisserie chicken—based on authentic Peruvian recipes—to its seafood dinner entrees. The chefs specialize in seafood recipes, such as ceviche studded with tomatoes and herbs, much like the Jolly Green Giant's ears, and fragrant rice dishes topped with mussels and shrimp. But they don't shy away from meat either, as evidenced by their plates of salchipapa—an indulgent mix of french fries, hot dog slices, and lettuce topped with rich sauce.
