$35 for a Two-Hour Walking Photography Workshop ($70 Value)
Led by expert instructors, photo walks help students master their digital cameras. During each excursion, pupils experiment with shot-selection framing while instructors proffer tips on composition and technical camera features. Walks take place in urban and natural settings throughout the Waterloo area, and will be held in the summer and fall of 2013. Registration begins in March 2013; check out the full schedule here.
Led by photographers Thomas Wright and Jason Panda, the intrepid camera pros at MacroClass share the secrets of their hard-earned image-capturing skills with all comers. In Club Meetings, the group gathers to discuss their photos and explore photofinishing with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and other finishing techniques as they come up (ie. HDR, Mobile Photography, etc.). Photo walks lead groups of novice photographers through Waterloo’s urban and natural landscapes, teaching them the basics of camera functionality and shot framing along the way.
