So how many calories are there in a day (all three meals combined) ? I'm curious about the calorie breakdown.

Annie P.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

The meal plan is designed to average around 1100 calories a day. That being said, according to their FAQ, their approach is about portion control rather than calorie counting.

Thanks for your questions, Ranee. You would only be able to redeem a single quantity of this Groupon per household. Also, this deal is only available as sold for "one week worth of vegan or vegan and gluten-free at-home meal deliveries - Macro-Mediterranean Holistic Nutrition." If you are interested in additional products/services, those can be purchased at full price through the business.
