Questions and Answers 3 questions

Q:

So how many calories are there in a day (all three meals combined) ? I'm curious about the calorie breakdown.

Annie J.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

The meal plan is designed to average around 1100 calories a day. That being said, according to their FAQ, their approach is about portion control rather than calorie counting.
