How many sessions is needed before you see a change and how many sessions are recommended. Once you have achieved your desired results is continued maintenance needed?

There is not a set number of sessions for you to see results. Every person is different especially with different body types and how your body responds. Some people start seeing results at 4,5 or 6 maybe more, it just really depends on your body. Also, once you hit your goal, depending on if you continue a workout schedule as well as a healthy lifestyle we recommend at least twice a week for a maintenance routine. But again depends on the body type.
