I was extremely disappointed!! My sister and I bought the deal to get 2 cars detailed. They did awesome on her car, which we had them do first. For some reason they did a CRAP job on mine. When speaking to the owner, he seemed to get mad at me!! It looked like nobody even touched anything on the passenger side except vacuuming the floor mat, but there was absolutely nothing touched in the back of my Equinox!
I don't know why this happened, but I'm wondering if it's because we didn't tip them enough on my sister's car in error. Even if that was the case, shouldn't my car have gotten better service anyway? Now I'm happy my sister only tipped for the deal price instead of the regular cost of this service,

Due to the arthritis in my hands, I could not continue to hand detail my Porsche and had to find a place to thoroughly detail my car. Madison Mobile Detailing did a fine job cleaning and detailing my car and did not mare the finish. Job well done.
