Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

If I bring a group up from Maryville, and each person has purchased their own Groupon, will everyone be able to use theirs?

Cindy M.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Each person will be able to use their own Groupon, so if you have five people you will need to buy five Groupons.

Q:

Forgive me, for I've never visited MagiQuest- I just want to clarify that the groupon is good for 1 hour of MagiQuest AND access to the golf, mirror maze and vault laser challenge. (So I would like to confirm that the access to the golf, maze and laser challenge has nothing to do with the 1 hour limitation. . .) And does it include access to each of the golf, maze and lazer challenge or just one? Thank you.

Linda K.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

This Groupon includes one hour of MagiQuest, PLUS one ticket to each of the three other attractions at our facility.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

My 8 yr old received a general combo MagiQuest Live Action Game ticket for selling school coupon books. What is included in the General Combo MagiQuest Live Action Game ticket? Is this the same as the $10 groupon special? Trying to decide if I need to buy just one adult ticket or a child's ticket also. Thanks, Robin M.

Robin M.  asked on  Jan 1, 2013

A:

It is the same package, so you just need to purchase one Groupon for yourself.

Q:

I just want to confirm use before I buy 7 tickets. The policy says: "Limit 1 per person, may buy 10 additional as gifts. Limit 1 per visit." Can I buy 7 tickets for my family (Myself, Wife, and 5 kids) and our family of 7 use all 7 tickets at the same time?

Preston C.  asked on  Dec 31, 2012

A:

Yes. You can use one Groupon per person.

Q:

I'm a bit confused by your answer about children's age above. My son is three. Will he need a ticket, or is his admission free?

Jennifer W.  asked on  Dec 29, 2012

A:

His admission will be free. We have free admission for children 3 & under.

Q:

We are bringing 8 adults and 6 kids (ages of kids are 9, 5, 4, 2, 1, 1). I read you pay admission for children 4 and up. Do we pay for the adults who are taking the children in as well? Or just the children? Is there anything there geared for the younger kids? Can my 2 year old participate in the putt putt course? Just trying to purchase the appropriate number of groupons. Thanks so much!

Avery H.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Everyone over 3 will need to have a ticket. The young children will have fun casting a wand to make things happen inside MagiQuest even if they don't understand the game itself. My youngest children enjoyed the mirror maze and parts of Pirate Golf at that age.

Does this deal come with a rental wand? we do not have the wand and wanted to know if we had to rent one along with this groupon deal.

A:

This deal includes the use of a loaner wand.

Q:

Can these Groupons be used for regular play? We already have our wands and were wondering if they could be applied to a regular Magi package.

Barbara L.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Barbara, The MagiQuest Combo package is good for 1 hour of MagiQuest, plus one ticket to each of the other attractions at MagiQuest: Pirate Golf; the Odyssey Mirror Maze; and the Vault laser challenge. Since you already have your wands, you can pick up right where you left off and you will not need loaner wands. Please note that the Groupon is not valid until January 1st. We hope to see you soon!
