I showed up for my appt and they had no idea who I was or that I had one. I was told to come back later, which was not possible. After some shuffling around and phone calls they asked me what I wanted.I went for the reflexology for 60 mins. They said they could accommodate me. The place is very generic and not spa like at all. The door chime goes off repeatedly, because there's no serene music you can hear everyone talking, phones ringing and it is very dated. I will say that the gentleman "Mack" who did my hour was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, relaxing and professional. My sole purpose for the visit was to have someone work out my body kinks through the nerve endings in my feet. That is exactly what he did. I would recommend him with a huge thumbs up. As for the establishment, if you are not wanting a "spa experience" it gets the job done. Thanks Mack!

Intense but it got all the kinks out!

Staff are friendly and very good service. Felt so relaxed after having reflexology and deep massage. Will definitely recommend!!!
