Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Not clear on the difference between express and regular. Is express 1/2 hour with 2 15 minute treatments and regular 1 hour with up to 4 treatments?

jane f.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Dear Jane, Express session is a maintaining touch up treatment. If you whitened your teeth on regular basic and want to keep your color longer Express session will be perfect for you. If you never try teeth whitening before we recommend start with Regular treatment. Express is 30 min appointment with 1 treatment, Regular is 45 min with 2 treatments.

To all Groupon valued customers. I will try to address here few of the repeating questions and the main points of concern. 1. $69 Express treatments is a short touch-up maintaining session, $99 Regular treatment is longer session, perfect for those people who never tried teeth whitening before. 2. You can use the vouchers within a year, so actually it covers you even for summer 2013 if you prefer to have a white smile before the summer. 3. The treatment definitely does not harm or damage your teeth. You can repeat the treatment and keep your teeth white as much as you want. 4. Magic Smile’s system is an advanced patented system which uses multi strength whitening agents, containing anti-sensitivity ingredients and eliminate the during and after treatment sensitivity. At the same time, people with very yellow and stained teeth (smokers, coffee, tea and wine drinkers) can whiten their teeth with better efficiency and results. 5. Magic Smile is not using a UV light or any other harmful source. Our light is 100% safe. 6. We guaranty the results – there is no such a thing as no results or unsuccessful treatment 7. We treated thousands of customers until today with a very high (over 95%) of customers satisfaction rate (at the end of your treatment you feel a customer review form and this is how we know and track satisfaction) 8. You book your appointment online at www.magicsmileus.com and can change, cancel, reschedule your appointment anytime, 24 hours a day from any internet device. Hopefully I could answer few of your concerns. If there is something else that you would like to know, do not hesitate to post it here or call us. We will be glade to answer.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

I have had whitening in the past and afterwards my teeth would be in pain for up to 3 days, the places I have gone would use a gel and a light. The end result was great and lord known I need them whiter but I am afraid I will be in pain again. Do you have any suggestions and does your procedure differ from what I mentioned? Thanks!

Rachelle R.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

Whitening formulas vary based on initial tooth sensitivity to make sure both the customer and their teeth are as comfortable as possible. Please reach out to Magic Smile directly at (646)490-4323 to discuss further.

Marty S.  from  Self  replied on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Dear Rachelle, The main difference is that we are using a Multi-Strength Whitening Agents - meaning that we match the whitening agent strength yo you teeth sensitivity. In addition our whitening agent contains anti-sensitivity ingredients which avoid pain and the last is that the light in use is a cold light that does not cause pain. All of what I mentioned reduces sensitivity and pain to almost zero. Our customers do not complain of any pain! Good Luck.
