Definition of Man-Hour:


A man-hour refers to how long it would take one of our cleaning specialists to complete the job. These hours may be split between multiple specialists. For example, if you purchased a 4-man-hour voucher, one specialist would clean for 4 hours, or two specialists for 2 hours each


General rule of thumb:


1,000 square foot home service time estimate is 6 to 7 man-hours to perform the initial deep clean.


2,000 square foot home service time estimate is 8 to 9 man-hours to perform the initial deep clean.


3,000 square foot home service time estimate is 9 to 10 man-hours to perform the initial deep clean.


4,000 square foot home service time estimate is 11 to 12 man-hours to perform the initial deep clean.


This doesn't include extras such as the oven, fridge, dishes, organizing, decluttering or laundry.

We have an extras package & or a hourly package of 1,2 and 4 man hours for priority area customized cleanings. This is performed by once cleaning specialists. 

Our chores package requires a waiver as we are only insured for cleaning services.

Our 14 Man Hour Service Is The Only One That Can Be Used For Multiple Services Up To Three Based On Service Requirements
