Natalie and the young man, didn't catch his name, did a very good job. They completed everything on the checklist and everything looked great. I already called for my next cleaning!! Will definitely use them again!

I purchased a Groupon deal for 4 hours of cleaning in Yonkers and made an appointment with maidpro. It took me a few times to get an appointment because Groupon deals have to go through a manager. Marlando returned my call and was awesome to work with. A+ for customer service. He scheduled my appointment and we were set to go. Then there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to come but as soon as i contacted Marlando, he had the problem rectified before I even got home and had two people come clean my house to make up for lost time. The two people who came were really good. I wish I had a before picture of my oven but they had it sparkling!! They didn't get to all the rooms in my house but I blame myself because my house was a pretty big mess. They even washed my dishes and did a thorough cleaning and dusting of my sons room, our living room, office, kitchen and two bathrooms. All the clutter was left in manageable piles per my consent and all surfaces were dusted and cleaned. They finished the job with vacuuming and mopping. I think if I had some time to de-clutter, I would have probably made it easier for them to be more productive. When the job was said and done, they even left a little check-list of what they did and a really sweet note. Overall I would absolutely recommend them. Their regular cleaning price is reasonable and competitive. (I've also yelped this review)
