What was the inspiration to start or run this business? That laptops could now hold the software needed to design kitchens in the 20-20 kitchen design software all kitchen designer use. And that platforms like Houzz.com were more detailed showrooms then a physical location.
What do you love most about your job? Meeting with our customers and surprising them with designs, materials, and ideas. This helps them get better more functional and durable kitchens, and helps them budget their kitchen project more effectively.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? For 15 years we talked about all the ways we could redesign our kitchen. Then in the first 15 minutes Paul was here, he spontaneously listed every idea it had taken us 15 years to think of. Plus he came up with two new major ideas we had never thought of, both of which ended up in the final design.
