Street festivals bring neighbors together, just like murdering a frankenstein. Sharpen your forks for this Groupon to the Titusville Craft Beer Festival in historic downtown Titusville on Saturday, March 31, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. For $30, you get festival admission for two, including beer samples (a $60 value).
Abuzz with the sounds of live entertainment and the laughter of revelers, the Titusville Craft Beer Festival celebrates the work of beloved breweries by offering tastes of more than 50 beers. Attendees fill their flagons with libations from breweries including Shock Top, Magic Hat, and Hurricane Reef; offerings range from hops-heavy ales to ciders to nonbeer potions from Bacardi. They'll also have the chance to crown a favorite brew by voting in the People's Choice Awards. Between sips, guests can retire to the smokers' lounge, tune in to a game in the sports-bar section, or argue over where Mario keeps his hubcap-size coins in the video-game area.
Loughman Lake Beer and Food Fest
The Loughman Lake Beer and Food Fest, formerly known as the Titusville Craft Beer Festival, sets a spread of up to 70 domestic and craft beers for festival-goers to sample amidst the scenic vista at Loughman Lake. Since 2012, the festival has been a destination for fun lovers of all stripes: guests can chew the fat about their favorite baseball teams or play full-contact chess in the sports lounge, toast digital gladiators in the video-game area, or rock out to live music played throughout the day. Thanks to the new venue, the festival also offers a chance to jet across the wetlands on an airboat with reservations through the lakeside lodge.
