- $49 for a three-week “1-2-3 Tennis” Program for two ($110 value)
Sessions meet one time per week at the following times: Tuesdays at 9 a.m., Wednesdays at 6 p.m., or Saturdays at 10 a.m.
Aimed at beginners and those who haven’t picked up a tennis racket in awhile, this three-week program helps players build solid foundations in areas such as serving, groundstrokes, and footwork. While students are enrolled, they may also take advantage of free membership to the court and fitness center and free court time on Saturdays and Sundays. It also includes one complimentary cardio tennis class, a social tennis mixer, and the option to purchase a ball machine card ($30).
About Maine Pines Racquet & Fitness
Maine Pines Racquet & Fitness’s members take advantage of the gym’s wide range of amenities, including group fitness classes. On six heated indoor tennis courts, balls whiz back and forth in friendly volleys reminiscent of the childhood game Hot Potato, or as it was known during the potato famine, Hot Clump of Dirt. On the yoga studio’s bamboo floor, patrons strengthen muscles and get deep stretches during Yin Yang sessions. Guests unwind from their workouts with a sauna session or relax in a bar and lounge equipped with a TV.
