What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started cleaning windows when I was 16 and fell in love with the sparkle that clean windows can give a home. It's truly one of the few services that provides an extremely noticeable improvement to the home when done right.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the customer's face when they realize that they can actually see out of their windows and to see the joy that it brings. Clean windows light up the home, both with clear sunlight and with the happiness and satisfaction that our clients receive.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We love it when a customer tells us, "Our windows haven't looked so clean since the day we moved in." We strive to provide extraordinary service and attention to detail to ensure that our clients will want to stay with us for life.
