The staff were all very friendly and the set up was very cute. I did decide to time when I was let in the room with my boyfriend (4:08 PM), when the massage started (4:11) and when it we were let out all fully dressed ready to pay for the tip (4:54). It wasn’t the full 50 mins. They also didn’t really listen to what our problem areas were they just proceeded to give a normal massage. It was ok.

They charged me extra without explanations. Included the tip and valet service where we already gave cash tip and we never valet the car

Nice people and appearance nice but only got 40 minutes and was suppose to get 50. Arrived @ 11. Took us @ 11:10ish and they started @ 11:20 and ended right at noon…just a bummer didn’t get full amount of time!

The massage was OKAY. It was fairly quick and the masseuse did not provide the massage “type” we requested. We requested a deep tissue massage and it felt as if she was barely touching us. The young lady at the front desk said we had an option however, we were not provided with the right accommodations. The pictures and wine at the end were fun but overall it was OK.

First off, we Scheduled a couples massage at 1:00 & was told to arrive 15 mins prior to fill out paperwork. We waiting over 30 mins before they brought us back. We didn’t start our massage till 1:20. It was supposed to be an hour massage, they instead gave us a 40 min. Massage due to them running behind. Not only we’re they rushing thru the massage, One of the massage therapist Allison felt as if her attention should be was elsewhere. She was more focused on getting more oil or wiping her hands then actually giving a massage. And when she was giving a massage, it would be for a few second then back to her station. She was not welcoming at all and had a bad attitude from the start.
