Monica is the owner and practitioner at this lovely little spot in Vancouver, WA. She took the time to explain after care, to let me know what I could expect from the lashes. I don't know how she does it, but they look natural and beautiful! She even gives you a lovely little aftercare bag to take home with you. I will be returning to Kiss and Makeup for my lash fills and am considering doing other treatments here as well. 10/10!

Monika very sweet lady and she very beautiful, her skills very well known, she very good what she do . A bit nervous because eyes line and she is made me feeling better so far my eyes line very well I mind want a bit more thicker and will come back for touch up in 4 weeks.. Thank you Monika! Hue .
